Collaborator access is what lets Tie install and validate your tracking. It takes about a minute once you have sent your store URL and code (see Where to find your Shopify collaborator request code).
A note on the name you will see: Tie's legal name is Revenue Roll Inc, so that is the name on the Shopify collaborator request. That is us.
Step 1: We send the request
Once we have your store URL and 4-digit code, we send a collaborator request from our side. It appears in your pending invites within a few minutes, with the access we need already included.
Step 2: Approve it
Go to Settings → Users and permissions → Collaborators, find the Revenue Roll Inc request, and Accept it. There is nothing to select or configure. The access included covers validating your orders, products, customers, and checkout data against what we capture, plus deploying and confirming the tracking pixel. It is all read-only except the pixel itself, and we never change your store's design or layout.
