Where to find your Shopify collaborator request code

Tie asked for my Shopify collaborator code and store URL. Where do I find them?

Tie connects to your Shopify store as a collaborator, which needs two things from you: your store URL and your collaborator request code. Both take a minute to find.

Your store URL

Log in to Shopify and copy your store URL from the address bar, for example admin.shopify.com/store/yourbrand, or your yourbrand.myshopify.com URL.

Your collaborator request code

  1. Go to Settings → Users and permissions.

  2. Find your Collaborator request code (a 4-digit code).

If you do not see a code, make sure collaborator requests are allowed under the same Users and permissions page, or ask whoever owns your Shopify account to check.

Send them to Tie

Send both the store URL and the 4-digit code to your Tie contact. Once we have them, we send a collaborator request from our side for you to approve. That is the next step: Set up Tie as a Shopify collaborator.
