Connecting Meta lets Tie deliver server-side conversions to your ad account, improving match quality and attribution. It is a quick connection, and you can do it now. It does not wait on anything else. Meta will start receiving real conversion data once your domain is connected and the Tie Pixel is live.
Step 1: Connect Meta in the Tie dashboard
Log in to the Tie dashboard, or go to Integration Setup.
Find the Connect Meta card, click Proceed, and follow the prompts.
Step 2: Accept Meta's two terms
Meta requires you to accept two sets of terms before it will let Tie send audiences. The connection does not work until both are accepted, and nothing warns you that they are missing.
Customer List Custom Audience Terms
Custom Audiences App Terms
Meta prompts for these during the connection. If you already clicked through and the connection is not working, this is the first thing to check.
Step 3 (fallback): Grant partner access directly
If the dashboard connection is not available for your account, grant Tie partner access in Meta:
In Meta Business Manager, go to Business Settings → Partners.
Add Tie's Business Manager ID:
1810253539907343.Grant access on your Ad Accounts, not Pages. Granting on Pages is the most common mistake here, and the connection will not work with Page access alone.
Good to know
Meta conversions from Tie fire server to server, so you will not see them in your browser's network tab. Connection status shows on your Integration Setup page, and Tie validates the connection as part of going live.
