Getting Klaviyo connected to Tie has two phases. This is Phase 1: make the connection and grant Manager access. Phase 2 is sending your Klaviyo API keys.
You can do both right now. Klaviyo does not depend on your DNS being verified, so this runs in parallel with connecting your domain rather than after it.
Step 1: Connect Klaviyo in the Tie dashboard
Log in to the Tie dashboard, or go straight to Integration Setup.
Find the Connect Klaviyo card and click Proceed.
Follow the prompts to complete the connection.
Step 2: Grant Manager access to two Tie accounts
In Klaviyo, go to the bottom-left corner, then Settings → Account → Users.
Click Add new user, enter your assigned Tie CSM's @meettie.com email (shared with you during onboarding), and set the role to Manager.
Click Add new user again, enter [email protected], and set the role to Manager.
Manager is the access level we need. It lets the team set up and maintain the connection, but it cannot export email lists or add and remove users.
Next: your API keys
Phase 2 is quick. Continue to Send your Klaviyo API keys.
